RETURNS ACCREDITED PROGRAMS ONLINE

The period taken into account to apply the refund policy begins on the date on which the student is provided with access/content for their training (pre-recorded content, downloadable files if applicable, live or deferred events, etc.); regardless of whether the student uses this access/content or not.
The right to a refund must be exercised within the predetermined period for this purpose, with an explicit request via email at escuela@autoconocimiento.com or, failing that, info@albertochavarino.com and the rest of the means of communication that the school makes exclusively available to students once the training has started. Refund requests through the chat of the live classes of the course or the comments on the student platform; must be supported with a request to escuela@autoconocimiento.com
Refund requests sent after the deadline and/or made through means not expressly enabled for this purpose will not be accepted, such as: Comments on the YouTube channel or live broadcasts, messages to personal and/or professional emails of the school team members, messages on the school’s social networks, external forums and, in general, any other digital or physical means not contemplated in section 1.
The final amount received by a student as a refund could be affected by transaction costs associated with circumstances beyond AutoGnosis’ control and which are applied in all cases by third-party intermediaries: Current exchange rate (if necessary), management fees applied by the bank or debit/credit card provider, fees for use of digital payment platforms and other similar fees.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method (card or transfer) initially used by the student to acquire the training.
Exceptionally and only for justified reasons of force majeure; if the initial payment was made by card, a refund may be issued through a bank account whose holder is the same buyer or in any case the student but taking into account section No. 7.
Due to money laundering and money flow regulations, as well as data protection and security; refunds are not issued to third party accounts, accounts in countries other than the country associated with the initial payment, accounts in countries considered tax havens or countries with international blocks (unless the initial payment was made from that country, in which case the procedure in section No. 5 applies), accounts on payment platforms that require user registration, accounts on cryptocurrency platforms, etc. For any questions about a particular case, it is necessary to contact escuela@autoconocimiento.com

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVATE USE

The training content available through the AutoGnosis website or email (for printing or downloading) and any online consultation content are solely for the private and exclusive use of the person or persons to whom AutoGnosis expressly and voluntarily provides said material.
Any act that violates the confidentiality and private use rights of AutoGnosis implies that AutoGnosis may take legal action against the offender(s).

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVATE USE: USERS AND PASSWORD

The user name and password to access the training content available to AutoGnosis students are personal and non-transferable and cannot be shared. The acquisition of training or any private activity (online or in person) from AutoGnosis gives the right of individual use exclusively to the person who has acquired said training or, failing that, to the person who has initially registered as a student at the school.

In the event that AutoGnosis detects inappropriate use of a user name and password, it reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the services without the possibility of a full or partial refund of the amount paid for the training; this implies the immediate elimination of said user name and password and taking legal action against the offender. Likewise, AutoGnosis reserves the right to not give the person or persons responsible the option of participating in future school activities.

The purchase of a course for use by several users (joint purchase) is prohibited. The purchase of a training course or any private online activity from AutoGnosis grants the right of use, solely and exclusively, to the person who has purchased said training, or failing that, to the person who has initially registered as a student.
